We offer a wide array of machining services to our aerospace and DoD customers. Everything manufactured at our facility in Rochester NY is to exact specifications, provided by our customers. Triplex Industries is recognized for providing superior components, sub-assemblies, and tooling to meet customer specifications. Triplex is ITAR registered.

Triplex’s capabilities go well beyond providing critical machined components. We have personnel with expertise in invar, titanium and aluminum flexures , optical structures, and reaction structures. We provide process development and concurrent engineering from the initial design phase, manufacturing feasability reviews, and rapid prototype development. Our engineering support capabilities come from solid hands-on working experience.

The structures we build range in size from desktop to several thousand pounds. Designed to exacting tolerances, they are built for a variety of uses, to include the assembly of composites.

We have produced several styles of sub-assemblies focusing mirror arrays for observatories, both satellite and ground based. These require zero backlash screws and adjust two times per second.
